Wellacpee-S Tablet is a potent combination medication formulated to provide rapid relief from pain, inflammation, and swelling. Each tablet combines three active pharmaceutical ingredients: Aceclofenac (100mg), Paracetamol (325mg), and Serratiopeptidase (15mg).
Aceclofenac functions as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins, the chemical messengers responsible for causing pain and inflammation in the body. Paracetamol acts synergistically as an analgesic and antipyretic, working centrally to alleviate pain and reduce fever. Complementing these two, Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that breaks down abnormal protein byproducts at the site of injury, accelerating the healing process, reducing fluid retention, and effectively decreasing localized swelling.
